Celebrated our friend @difithian’s birthday at @tatianabychefkwame this weekend and it was a blast! Not only did we see Gayle King, but the food — especially the Egusi Dumplings in Nigerian red stew, the crispy okra with Peppa sauce, and Mom Duke’s shrimp with creole butter — blew us away. So glad I made the reservation before it was declared the #1 best new restaurant in NY by @pete_wells in @nytcooking.
